I understand things can happen! Here are my policies below:
Chicago Bookings: Should you need to reschedule, I will try my best to accommodate you within reason. In the case that I am unable to do so, please note that it will be considered a cancellation on your end and the cancellation policy will still apply. Cancellations any time after confirmation will be a forfeit of your deposit.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Tour: Should you need to reschedule, I will try my best accommodate your reschedule request within my tour schedule! In the case that I am unable to do so, please note that it will be considered a cancellation on your end and the cancellation policy will still apply. Cancellations any time after confirmation will be a forefit of your deposit.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Of course! Please notify me first, and I'm happy to give a reference.
You may use me as a reference up to 2 times within 6 months of our last booking. If our booking was 6 hours or longer, or we have seen each other more than 3 times, you may use me as a reference up to 2 times within 12 months of our last booking. Please note that some providers require references that are within 6 month,, please respect and follow their reference requirements.
I understand not all booking inquiries you send out lead to a booking! You may have used me twice as a reference but those bookings fell through. Now you're sad and all out of references. I offer additional references with an expectation of a token of appreciation for me and Hanna, my wonderful assistant.
I know 23 is a strange cut off, but that's what I've come up with based off my own comfort level. I pride myself in being able to connect with almost everyone I meet, but I just can't have good chemistry with someone I think is too young for me, sorry!

My assistant is (probably?) not a wizard. She has a life, too! She generally manages my emails Monday - Friday during normal, not-wizard people hours. I check my emails regularly too, but it may still take 2-3 business days to get back to inquiries.
I do not respond to text about booking inquiries. Texts are reserved for correspondence for scheduled dates.
I do not tour often, Chicago keeps me busy! I do occasionally visit NYC, LA, and SF for tours. If your heart is set on seeing me in your city, please book a FMTY.
